This seminal LA band was possibly the very first Oi! band in America!! Hitting the LA scene in the early 80's with their take on the UK phenomenon of Oi! music at the time from the likes of THE LAST RESORT and THE 4-SKINS, Doug & The Slugz were trail-blazers... And 'Smash! Hits Vol. 1' is a collection of their earliest songs all re-recorded in the same studio they originally recorded these bootboy anthems back in the halcyon days of American Oi!
